At Fairview Dentistry in St. Thomas, we make every effort to provide you with a variety of financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your dental insurance reimbursement for covered dental procedures.
Financial Policies
We aim to deliver seamless patient care. In order to maintain this, we have established the following financial policies.
We work hard to save you from any surprises regarding our dental fees and make sure that our patients are well-informed before and work is started.
Payment is due at the time of your dentist appointment.
We direct bill your insurance company, however, ask that any portion that is not covered be paid at the time of the appointment. We offer payment plan options as well.
If your insurance company has any questions regarding your treatment, we are happy to give them the answers they need so you receive your reimbursement.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Interac.
Insurance Policies
We would be happy to work directly with your insurance provider to help you get clarity about your dental coverage. With larger dental cases such as dental implants, or wisdom teeth extractions, we can provide the necessary paperwork your insurance provider requires in order to help you receive your reimbursement.
Additional Information
In some instances, additional information may be requested by your plan administrator in order to confirm that the treatment is covered by your plan. We will be happy to provide this additional paperwork to help you to receive the care you need.
Dental plans are designed to help patients pay for their dental treatment. However, not all dental treatments cover the complete cost of treatment.
If your dental treatment is only partially covered, you will have to share in the cost of your dental care.
